These things only happen to me right? Where do I get rid of my crazy magnet? Online dating is not fun or snarky – again! It sucks. Here is another reason (as if I needed another one).
Let me set this up for you –
A week ago, I log on to mydatenightmares.com to a really nice email from an equally as nice looking young man (holy shit it is a miracle, right?) So, I do not delay and send my number when he asks for it! And wait….
1. Nice pics – (no come hither poses on beds or strange pics with animals) – CHECK
2. Has a job –CHECK
3. Creative (well, he wrote an original email = which will just count as creative at this point. I mean come on? You have seen what I receive in that inbox. Will give it to him.) -CHECK
4. Speaks English – (as far as I can tell) – CHECK
5. Likes dogs – CHECK
It’s a match! Right? Nope. Why?
Well, because I kept waiting and waiting and never heard from the guy so I figured he just put my number in the jar where all numbers go to die! That would have been better than what really happened which was receiving a text from this (so-called) suitable bachelor at 2:00AM on Saturday night.
Melanys Guydlines #49 – Remember which website you are using when contacting women for the first time. Don’t get your escorts mixed up with your Match.com matches.
Bonus: This is just a good rule of thumb men –
Melanys Guydlines #50 – When calling a potential match for the first time do not ever start the conversation with “Yo” – try using something more refined like “Hello” or something like that.
**Stay snarky my friends!**

OMFG… What the? Who the? Why the? …. NEXT… ROFL!!! Lady you get too many of these!!!! LOL!
Right? Seriously! UNCLE UNCLE!!!!
Too funny.
sad too?
I don’t know; I kind of like “Yo” to kick off a conversation. Shows that you’ll have a casual conversation.. with a dork.
HA! …with a dork!
OMG!!!! How do men or shall I say boys think that this kind of behavior is anywhere near remotely okay?!?!?!?!?
I dont know? Can someone please tell me!!!
