My Date For The Phoenix Open 2018: Arnold Palmer Spiked #ApWellPlayed

My Date For The Phoenix Open 2018: Arnold Palmer Spiked

If you follow me on social media, which you should, you all know I went to the craziest golf tournament on the planet last week. I went three times (Greenskeepers, 16th hole skybox and 17th hole members) and my feet are still paying me back for wearing wedges. The Waste Management Phoenix Open is more about the fashion and the partying than it is about golf. I do love my golf but this is the first time after attending the par-tee in the past 5 years that I have understood anything about golf! I still have not learned my lesson… Continue Reading

Join Me For Golf And Freebies From Jofit Apparel Dec. 8, 2016 In Tempe, AZ

Tempe, Arizona! Where are my ladies that golf and would like to be my guest at a super fun event with my favorite women’s athletic clothing line called Jofit Apparel? Their tag line describes them to a “tee” (couldn’t help myself – FORE). “Real Women. Real Bodies. Real Solutions” and I am a fan of all of their workout gear. #teamjofit all the way. All… Continue Reading

FORE: Gone Golfing

FORE: Gone Golfing

I did it. I finally got in touch with a golf pro and am now on the golf course taking lessons. It is super challenging and takes patience, which I don’t usually have but need if I am going to be good at this sport. Yes, this is a sport. I apologize to my friend in seventh grade when I said golf wasn’t a sport. Wow – was I wrong! In my defense, I was an avid softball player and couldn’t see anything else but a softball bat and a ball (and cute baseball players). So, I am finally taking… Continue Reading

NFL Fall Fashion Picks: Cheering The Cardinals To The Playoffs

I am a fan of a lot of things but some of my most passionate fanaticisms come in the form of favorite sporting teams and fashion! Sports and fashion go together for me like peanut butter & jelly, snarky & Melanysguydlines and Teddy Brewski & Melany Berger, and…well, you get it. I am a sporty chick, but just because I can throw and catch a ball better than most men, does not mean I don’t know how to dress for a sporting event. Trust me. There is a right and wrong way to dress for a football game and you… Continue Reading

Cheers: Make It Epic With Andre

Make it epic with andre

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Andre Champagne for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine. I can’t believe that summer is coming to an end! Where did the time go? Every day seems to pass by faster and faster. But, do you know what that means? It means that Halloween is right around the corner and it is one of the most fun party days, right? Plus, it means that all of your friends and loved ones are back from epic travel vacays so you need to celebrate. And…it is football season (can we hear… Continue Reading

Let’s Play Ball: Live With SF Giants Bryan Srabian at AT&T Park Friday 5/7/15 for Social Hangout

Let’s Play Ball: Live With SF Giants Bryan Srabian at AT&T Park Friday 5/7/15 for Social Hangout

I have Matt Williams rookie card in mint condition. My sister was the only girl invited to Barry Bonds birthday party when she was 7. My mom bowled with some of the wives from the SF Giants team circa 70’s and I learned how to fire a softball from the hot corner when I was just a little, snarky one. I grew up playing every sport under the sun. By the time I was in high school, I was an annoying date for any baseball game since I had the ability (and still do) to call pitch location before the… Continue Reading

Funny Relationship Stories: Sporty Sports Chick

Funny relationship stories come in many creative forms and I am a bit of a whiz at relating most parts of my life back to funny relationship stories. Recently, I was asked by a fellow blogger to write a guest post about being a “sporty chick” and how it relates to my life today. Well, I give funny relationship advice and write about funny relationship stories, but here is a post all about funny life experiences. Of course, I have to relate all of my “sportiness” back to funny relationship stories and what would my post be if it weren’t… Continue Reading

How to Party Like a Surfer: Don’t Yell & Leave Your Shoes At Home

Last weekend, I got a sudden urge and decided to pack (way too much and the problem with that, is unpacking sucks) put Teddy Brewski with his friends at day/night camp (I swear he has more friends than I do) and drive down to Huntington Beach for the US Open of Surfing. No one told me that I should not leave LA proper after 2:00PM because it would take me two and a half hours to get to the beach in traffic. But, so what? I am a great DJ and I knew there were clean beaches, sun, and surfers… Continue Reading

Strange Celebrity Endorsements : Headphones

It’s no secret that branding makes the world go round.  On a daily basis, we’re exposed to up to 20,000 marketing messages, and most pass right under our nose without us even realizing it.  There’s the obvious ones, like the clothes we wear or the car we drive.  But how about the laundry list of celebrity hot sauces?  Or Shannon Doherty pledging the merits of an online education?  I know my dog only eats food that passed Rachael Ray’s rigorous quality standards. For whatever reason, one product that has become synonymous with the celebrity endorsement in recent years are the headphones…. Continue Reading

Female Lakers Fans

Alright, as this painful seasons continues I cannot go any longer without giving a breakdown of the female fans. I’ve had enough of your generic tweets and conveniently timely statuses to believe that all of you are true fans. So here ya go.. my views on girls who are Los Angeles Laker fans. Girls who don’t know and don’t care I mean, at least these girls are honest. They don’t pretend to know who the players are or clog our news feed with fake statuses pretending they care. Its okay! You’re allowed to live in Los Angeles and not scream at… Continue Reading
