It is Mother’s Day weekend and I know I am giving away a Mother’s Day prize pack but I won the ultimate prize with my mommy! You probably know her, as she is my biggest fan and supporter. The only woman in my life that I love with all of my heart, can count on no matter what, tells me the truth even though it sometimes hard to hear, loves me unconditionally and my BEST friend. She is there for me any time of day or night and is always ready to fly out and spend time with her baby –me (but I think part of it is probably Teddy Brewski too). All snark aside – she rocks and I am very lucky to have her. So, to my mom and all the moms who read this blog, I want to wish you all a Happy Mother’s Day filled with family, laughter, and love.
Plus, who do you think taught me everything I know about being snarky and having AMAZING taste in everything? MOM! She teaches me every single day and for that I am beyond grateful. She has patience (more than me) and answers all of my questions about everything from A-Z. I hope if I am lucky enough one day to have children that walk on two legs I will be half the Mother she has been to me.
Did I mention that my mom might be a bigger sports fan than moi? And her taste in music is awesome? Yes. I am a lot like her.
I write for a living and somehow the words on this post can’t begin to express how lucky I truly feel for my mother and all she has done for me. It is a start! Did I mention mom is my Photographer and Editor? So, if there are typos on this one….it is all my fault and Teddy Brewski’s. I need to give her a raise ASAP.
Hugs n’ KISSEZZ and enjoy one another. Life is too short. Way too short. Take time and smell the roses and call your mother.
BTW – thanks Mom for not returning me during all the tough times. I have no idea how you have put up with my crazy, 9 lives all these years and all the packing, unpacking, buying homes, moving and decorating. Ready to do it all over again? Here we go. This time it is going to be a HAPPY MOVE.
***Love the kid who held her breath, turned blue and passed out when I was a toddler because you wouldn’t look at a commercial for a toy I wanted on TV. I haven’t changed much in all these years.
I love you.
Love Melany and Teddy Brewski (of course)
**Stay snarky my friends!**
